Kris Jenner says that Nicole Brown Simpson Helped her Cope With Tragic Miscarriage

Nicole Brown Simpson may be gone, but Kris Jenner will never forget her dear friend. Ahead of the ‘American Crime Story’ premiere, Kris revealed in an all-new interview that Nicole was by her side when she suffered a devastating miscarriage.

Kris Jenner, 60, and Nicole Brown Simpson were best friends up until Nicole’s shocking murder in 1994. Kris recently opened up in an interview that Nicole was an “amazing friend” who got her through a miscarriage before she got pregnant with Kendall Jenner, now 20. Powerful memories of Nicole will likely be coming back to Kris when The People V. O.J. Simpson: American Crime Story premieres, which follows the notorious O.J. Simpson trial.

“Nicole was an amazing friend,” Kris told PEOPLE. “Before I got pregnant with Kendall, I had a miscarriage at three months. Nicole really got me through that.”

After Kris’ heartbreak, Nicole was the one to get Kris motivated. They started working out together. “I had never run before,” Kris continued. “And Nicole would encourage me. She got me running – and she told, me, ‘I promise you’ll get pregnant [again].'”

Kris added: “In the middle of that, she said, ‘I’m going to give you all of my maternity clothes.’ Allen Schwartz made Nicole this entire wardrobe of maternity dresses. She had them in every color. And she gave them all to me.”
